The staff here is very welcoming and friendly, and the rooms are modern and comfortable, located just a few steps away from the beautiful Photopoint Kirchbrucke bridge.

The hotel sits on a hill and it's a bit of a hike with skis/luggage, but since you're staying in the mountains, hills are a bit of a given. Also, they have a taxi service at the hotel if you tire of walking.

Well laid out room with lovely views of the Mountain near the Matterhorn and comfortable decor. A wide range of supplies in the room: it's own balcony and a coffee table. Location right by the restaurant for evening meal & breakfast, and Sonne😀👍

The rooms here are of top quality, beautifully furnished, and offer stunning mountain views, while the peaceful location is within walking distance to Castor Mountain.

We initially booked a standard double bedroom with no view to the famous Matterhorn but were upgraded for the same price to a junior suite with the view to the famous mountain upon arrival : definitely a very good deal. The room equipment and hotel facilities were exactly as described on the booking web site : no surprise ! The hotel is centrally located very close to the Zermatt Church.

the location was unbeatable and wonderful, very close to the main church, and the cable cars for skiing and extremely close to walk of climb we wanted to see. it also was in the centre.

Needs better transportation from the ski lifts. Very difficult to return to the hotel after a great skiing day.

Hotel Sonne in Zermatt offers a wide variety of delicious food. the rooms are of great quality, beautifully decorated with lovely linen-covered tables. the hotel has an amazing location near a bridge close to Stellisee, just a few steps away. It is conveniently situated near many restaurants for lunch and a frozen waterfall.

The room was fully equipped and top quality, complete with a balcony. the location was amazing and unbeatable, being relatively near St Peter's English Church. - I was here for 4 days and will definitely stay here again.
